Hardware Requirements

Many phones manufactured in the last 18 months will run MoltoMobile’s metronome and pitch playing features, making it a terrific value for those features alone. For the intonation graph feature, newer “MP3” phones are your best bet as they typically have AMR recording and good speakers.

Technical Requirements

· Java engine with MIDP 2.0, CLDC 1.1 and MMAPI 1.1 support is required for the metronome and pitch playing features.

· Microphone recording to AMR format is required for the intonation graph feature.

The functionality of all downloaded mobile phone software is not only dependent upon the mobile phone hardware but also the firmware installed by the manufacturer for the mobile communications service provider. MoltoMobile has been tested on a variety of phone models over several mobile services, and manufacturers’ specification data has been reviewed. There is insufficient data on the manufacturer’s web sites to determine the capability of most LG, Samsung and Sanyo mobile phones. We know MoltoMobile will perform as expected on these phones if the technical requirements described above are met. Check your mobile phone’s User Guide for details.
